Uniformed store detectives will provide a 'secure feeling' to customers within the store and act as a deterrent, and plain clothed store detectives can unobtrusively monitor suspected shoplifters. The store detective will liaise with the police and provide a detailed report in the event of any incidents.

Our store detectives are trained in customer service as well as security. Depending on your requirements, they can check customer bags on entry, undertake overt and covert surveillance on suspected shoplifters, apprehend and detain shoplifters, monitor surveillance cameras and control inwards and outwards goods. Short or long term, our loss prevention strategies have been proven to be effective and reduce stock shrinkage.

In addition to supplying store detectives, we can install and/or monitor covert or standard security camera systems.
